With byon WhoIsOn for Microsoft Teams, you get an app that displays the presence statuses of Microsoft Teams members and users of the byon vTK cloud-based telephone system in a single interface.

This means you no longer need to switch between different interfaces; instead, you can see straight away which contacts are currently available and which are not. You can create mixed, customised groups or favourites from both Microsoft Teams and byon vTK. A colour-coded indicator shows which users are on Microsoft Teams and which are on byon vTK.

Prerequisite: an innovaphone-based telephone system (PBX) and Microsoft Teams

Address book integration in Microsoft Teams

The CTI4Teams App offers additional contact features to organisations that make calls via Microsoft Teams. The app enables staff to integrate their phone book into Microsoft Teams. Once the contact details have been imported, the name, company, and further information about the caller can be displayed when a call comes in, provided this information is contained in the phone book. Furthermore, contacts can be called directly via Microsoft Teams from within the app.
