byon Announcement Production and On-Hold Music

Announcements offer a wide range of applications to complement your company’s commitment to customer service. For example, an announcement stating business hours outside of service hours ensures a customer-friendly public image.

In this area of value-added services, we create announcement systems for you that professionally enhance your company’s public image.

Customised on-hold music

If, for an additional charge, you are looking for a customised piece of music for your on-hold line or would like to have one composed, we can recommend our partner ‘ALLESGEMAFREI’. Here you will find a clearly organised catalogue featuring tracks across a range of genres, themes and moods.

ALLESGEMAFREI offers a legally compliant and well-organised music catalogue in the highest sound quality. There are no GEMA fees whatsoever for using the music from the catalogue. You can purchase the music directly from the composer at a reasonable price and with no hassle.
