byon GmbH was founded in 2006 and is based in Frankfurt am Main. The company is an independent entity within the 360 ITC Group, which has been active in the market for 30 years. The Group embodies the 360-degree philosophy: providing clients with comprehensive advice, tailored support, and solutions tailored to their needs. Our clients include companies from virtually every sector and of all sizes. We bring together our expertise in a strong team of over 130 staff members from the fields of development, sales, consultancy, IT, technical support, order management, marketing, and customer service.

We supply key components for the digital transformation of your business. As a manufacturer, reseller, and cloud provider, byon offers bespoke solutions in the areas of cloud telephony, on-premises communication systems, data connectivity, site networking, IP voice connections, virtual ACD, telephony for Microsoft Teams, UC solutions, and virtual telephone systems (byon vTK) with an intuitive self-management portal. The portfolio is complemented by the fully integrable Contact Centre byon vACD, as well as our own SBC infrastructure, which ensures maximum flexibility and security when connecting modern voice solutions.

In addition to communication solutions, we offer a comprehensive range of IT services and security solutions. These include, amongst other things, managed LAN, Wi-Fi and SD-WAN, the planning and support of high-performance network infrastructures, and firewall management for the active protection of your systems and data. Our IT services are designed with stability, scalability and data protection in mind – whether as a standalone solution or seamlessly integrated into your existing IT environment.
